Terms of Service

This is a plain-language summary of the deal between you and WeddingStack. If you have signed a separate written agreement with us, that agreement governs where it differs from this page.

1. The service

WeddingStack is a set of business tools you switch on individually — the ones you turn on are the ones you pay for and use. We may add, change or retire tools over time.

2. Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email; there is no password to manage. Keep access to your email secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite onto it.

3. Acceptable use

Use WeddingStack for your own lawful business. Do not use it to break the law, to store or send content you have no right to, to attack or overload the service, or to work around its limits or security. We can suspend an account that does.

4. Your content is yours

The data and files you put into WeddingStack — your books, your photos, your contacts, your cards — remain yours. You give us permission only to store, process and display it as needed to run the tools you have switched on, and to make the backups that keep it safe. You can export or delete your data; see the Privacy page.

5. AI features

Some tools can read a sentence, a photo or a recording you provide and turn it into an entry, a draft or a suggestion. To do that, the specific content you submit is sent to our AI providers to generate the result, and the result is always yours to review before it is saved. AI output can be wrong — check it before you rely on it. Nothing in WeddingStack is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.

6. Billing

Paid tools are billed monthly or yearly through our payment processor. You can cancel a tool whenever you like; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not pro-rate partial periods unless we say otherwise. Prices can change with notice.

7. Availability

We work to keep WeddingStack up and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, WeddingStack is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the tool in question in the twelve months before the claim. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

9. Ending it

You can stop using WeddingStack at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or that we are required to act on. When an account closes, we remove its data after a short grace period; export anything you want to keep first.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will make a reasonable effort to tell you. Continuing to use WeddingStack after a change means you accept it.
